Escorca is connected by the Ma-10 road, a winding road that descends to the coves of Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis. Escorca is home to the Cúber and Gorg Blau reservoirs, which supply water to the city of Palma. There is a souvenir store and a bakery in the Plaza Peregrins, next to the monastery of Lluc. On weekends in December an open-air Christmas market is held in the same square. The nearest weekly market is held in Caimari every Monday.
