My name is Carlotta Neuhaus and I have been a dual student at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN since October 2024.
After graduating from high school in the summer of 2024, I made a conscious decision to do the dual study program in order to combine theory and practice in the best possible way and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry at an early stage, and I particularly enjoy the close contact with customers and the opportunity to support them in important decisions. A property is much more than just an object - it is a home, a place full of memories and emotions, but also a valuable capital investment. Whether for personal use or as an investment, every property has its own history and significance. This is precisely why it is important to me to cater to the individual wishes and needs of our customers and to provide them with the best possible advice with specialist knowledge, commitment and an open ear.
