Born in Berlin, Ariane Gräfenstein has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and fulfilled her dream of moving to Berlin Köpenick in 2006. Her broad network and enthusiasm for the real estate industry paved the way for her to become an office owner.

In 2020, she became part of VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, a real estate company founded in Frankfurt. Here, she was able to deepen her knowledge through numerous further training courses and acquired qualifications as a real estate agent (IHK) and expert for real estate valuation (WertCert®), among others.

As an office manager, Ariane performs a variety of tasks. On the one hand, she is responsible for sales, where she achieves outstanding results thanks to her expertise and her network. She is also responsible for the acquisition of new properties. She is characterized by her proactive and goal-oriented approach.

Another important part of her work is property valuation. Thanks to her extensive knowledge and her certificate as an expert in real estate valuation (WertCert®), she is able to carry out precise and well-founded valuations of properties.

However, Ariane's main tasks include not only the acquisition and sale of properties, but also the support of owners. Here, she places great importance on personal and professional support in order to ensure the satisfaction of the owners.

Ariane was awarded an internal prize in her second year as branch manager, a sign of her commitment and motivation. Her customer satisfaction is always her top priority, which she demonstrates through her tireless commitment and passion for her work.
